New pitcher huge size decrease

So I got this lowii x burb from eBay and the guy told me that he never gave his Highlander’s nighttime drops, could that be associated with a pitcher size decrease? After I received the plant I started giving it colder nights and It dropped 2 whole leaves with pitchers on them. The new pitcher is starting to open at about a third of the size does anyone know why?

Probably from shock or being moved around too much.

Okay thanks I thought I’d had it for too long for this to be the case but I forgot this Is the slowest growing nep I’ve ever seen
