Recently bought a Nepenthes hybrid from a seller here (a N. mirabilis x alata) yesterday. I was told to put it in a place with morning sun but I think I ended up shocking/stressing it too much because its location in the garden was too hot and so the lids started closing and even the new growth dried up. I thought the other plants would shade it from the afternoon sun but it was exposed to direct sun until 2pm so I'm relocating it in a better place.
I was told that the plant will recover after a few weeks but what are the next steps I should do?
Some details:
Medium - the seller planted it in a coco peat x perlite mixture. Planning to repot it soon.
Water - distilled water on a bottom tray. I've also misted it and added some water inside the pitchers were dry.
Temperature - currently in a tropical country. 31-41'C with humidity levels of 55-62% in the afternoon. Sometimes lower during the noon.
