To me it looks the opposite, like it's not getting enough sun. Sometimes when a plant is light starved enough new growth will blacken before it even fully develops.

there is algae becauee i accidentally poured.. a whole bottle of distilled water.. in the water tray thing
anyways here is a picture of the entire plant
some suggestions would help.
(im using 10w cool daylight bulb powered 24/7)

It definitely needs more light, so the 10W bulb may not be enough. To use the timer, push the buttons down for the hours that you want the light on and up when you want it off. Then turn the dial so that the arrow is pointing at the current time.

I'm not familiar with using those type of lights but I wouldn't think so. Hopefully someone with a small indoor setup can comment.

Check out the "ARTIFICIAL LIGHTING" section of this forum for some great lighting information.

My first grow light was a SANSI 36W Grow Light "screw-in" Bulb which will give just enough light for growth at 12 to 14 inches for one 4 or 5" pot. PPFD: 265.58 μmol/s/㎡ @ 1ft.
