Could it be nooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!! the the invisable pitchers are coming to wipe out our FlyTraps, like the phrocepy fortold.............

Is it me, or does it look like the Pitcher has flytrap leaves attatched to him?

It's called "Wings" a part of plant.

Hah, I think I'd read that before somewhere, but I laughed again when I read it here. Funny stuff!

Lilly and sterwick, you have to know a bit about Viking history in order to get the joke.

I've read something like this for N. sibuyanensis, someone made an error and wrote: subuyanensis. People started to write stories about the submarine nepenthes then, lurking in the dark for unvary prey and attacking humans:)

This reminds me of a page in the Savage Garden:

"When people ask me what is the scariest looking Nepenthes, I usually point in the direction of Nepenthes Hamata... One can only guess what this plant may be evolving into. Pray it doesn't start walking."

That made me crack up. Here are some Hamata pictures:

N.hamata is awesome!! i should get one during the winter, because the weather in winter here is excellent for that plant, but they are so expensive
