You linked to the location of where you purchased the plants--not an actual picture of the plants themselves. Try to download the photos and use the "upload attachment" button to post your pictures.

Sometimes it takes plants time to adapt, particularly if they weren't grown in "ideal" conditions in a nursery (which happens a lot). Could you provide us with actual photos of the plants as well as a brief description of your growing conditions (light, temperature, humidity, watering, soil, etc.)? If they are not pitchering but otherwise growing fine, its usually an issue of too little light and/or humidity but the wrong conditions in general can be a problem too. N. ventricosa is a fairly easy species to adapt to household conditions though.

The picture is right side up on my phone and upside down on the PC, I wouldn't worry about it.

Here are a couple shots of the (suspected) N. ventrata I got from Lowes recently. Pictured is the first pitcher it has opened since I bought it ( opened two days ago), the leaves it has grown since I purchased it are nearly twice the size of the (now dead) leaves it had upon acquisition.
