Nepenthes Spectabilis x Playchila Problem

Hello, I need some help with recovery for my nepenthes Spectabilis x Playchila. It was damaged pretty badly during USPS shipping (an fresh leaf got chopped off) and my normal nepenthes acclimation process doesn't seem to be helping (high humidity + warm temp + New Zealand LFSM). Its growth point was attacked by mold once, but I was able to soap it down. Does anyone know how I can save it?

Keep it moist and in a bright place without direct sunlight and fingers crossed that something happens at growth point..

The growth point was unfortunately the target of the mold attack... :(
Just wondering, am I burning the leaves with too much light?
I keep it in a glasss terrarium outdoors and under a bench with +30% shade.

UPDATE: I thought my nep was a lost cause because it only had ONE leaf. Before I threw it out, I decided to wait for the leaf to die out because why not? I waited and waited for an entire month. Nothing happened, and the leaf actually stayed healthy for a long time. Today, while I was poking around my terrarium, I found what seems to be an awakened dormant node. It looked like a small nepenthes had popped out of the stem. The leaf had produced enough energy for the plant to save itself! Now my question is this, how long will it take the dormant node to grow into a decent sized plant? Will it take a couple months like a cutting or many years like a seedling?

Well it's building off the same root system so after it forms its leaves to be able to sustain itself, it'll probably grow more at the rate of a cutting. It would definitely grow faster than a seedling. It's also a hybrid so it should be more vigorous in general (in theory anyway) My first nepenthes was a rooted cutting where the growth point snapped and it sputtered for a time but it got to work once it recovered past the initial damage. Perhaps treat it with a fungicide if you're having problems with that just to make sure though
