I don't know of a way to induce a Nep to flower. Even if there is, it takes time to grow and mature, and it wouldn't grow fast enough to help.

Thank you for looking but i have decided not to try to pollinate the 2nd flower, the first one is taking so long. i need to get the plant chopped up to a size i can bring in the house this winter. (5ft vines already) I want to root the cuttings outside where its more humid, so i have to start as soon as the 1st flower is done.

If the vft took the vining ability of the nep that would be amazing. If it just got tiny pitchers instead of traps that would be disappointing. If the nep got giant traps instead of pitchers that would be outstanding.
