This plant has really attracted the ants this year. I wish all nepenthes were as easy to grow as this one. One can dream, anyway.

will miranda take Carolina summers well? that upper 90's with spikes just over 100f?

I've been growing mine in South Florida for about 3 years before I moved to Northern Florida where it's still doing great. It'll handle your temps fine!

ty i am trying not to go Nepenthes crazy because i have limited space in the sun room in the winter. already at 6. last year i had like 50+ house plants to bring in. i have been selling a lot this year locally. i cant make myself throw away plants.

Heck yea it will! Mine handles those temps just fine. The leaves turn red where hit directly with sunlight, but are otherwise normal.
Here's a pic of the whole plant. It was a tad smaller than that lower offshoot when I bought it. The entire climbing portion, as well as the two offshoots, was done in roughly a year and a few months.
It's very easy to care for! Perfect for being my only nepenthes.
