It looks dehydrated but it gets plenty of water

Is that coco fiber it's planted in? Did you rinse it like a million times before using it? Coco fiber can be super high in salts and is probably poisoning/burning the plant.

I bought it from California carnivores, had it a whole year, absolutely no problems until I got back from my 3 week vacation

did it go dry? if so i would bag it, but keep a eye out for mold and fungus

I’ve had plants do this for seemly no reason at all.

Was it watered while you were away? What’s the plant? What conditions is it in?

The plant looks like it has stem rot to me (you'll notice the bases of the lower leaves are brown, a very bad sign.) I'm guessing it was overwatered during the vacation.

Now the crown is dead, I might be able to revive it from the roots so im soaking it in water for 2-3 hours to rehydrate the plant

I also have a n. bical that is dying, It is bright not dark green, I think it needs more air because it has only made 1 leaf in the 1/2 year ive had it
