Hi all, new to the forum and have a question about the above plant.
I have recently purchased the above for my orchid tank. 85% humidity and between 75 and 90f.
My question is.... after the new leaf forms, how long until the pitcher starts to grow??
I think the plant may have suffered at some point because there are several new leaves that haven’t formed pitchers, I’m worried I am doing the same. Is there a lag between leaf and pitcher growth?
I have never grown these before so I don’t know how they grow.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

It sometimes takes a few months for the plant to adjust to its new environment. It might put out a few leaves with no pitchers while it adjusts, and the partially formed pitchers shown may not develop any further as the plant puts its energy into new growth.

Your conditions seem adequate for this lowland species and the growing tip looks green, so have patience.

Those tendrils looks very good, give them time and they should inflate soon. The conditions you described are optimal, so it's only a matter of time

UPDATE:
This plant has gone nuts!! It is growing 3 new pitchers and another new leaf.
It settled in faster that I though and is VERY happy in its new home. It seems to be the happiest plant in the tank!! I’ll send through a pic when I get back home
