No, I have had them for so long that the box they came in is long gone and the bulbs themselves don't say. All I remember is that they were specifically marked as 'grow' lights. I have a picture of the setup though. I have two ballasts that contain two lights each about 24" from the bottom of the rack... You can get it all at any hardware store.
