i just bought a neem oil.heres the front and back side of the neemspray

up here,theres the ingredients of the Neemspray.is this one safe to use on my Cps?

it think that will be ok, jsut looking at the part it sayd delicate? i think cp's can tolerate a bit of stress if no one else replied use it ne only one plant and see if it does any damage if not spay on :D
