Hey guys,

I got my first tropical pitcher plant today and took a few pictures, I read this type is a good beginner plant so hopefully it will adapt well with it's new home :) The pitchers are pretty big too, I hope to see more soon.

It was 30.00 dollars without shipping. Not too bad I suppose since most tropicals don't get that big.

Nice plant! I have the same species that i bought about two months ago and it is growing like crazy. Just make sure you mist it a couple of times a day for humidity and mottled sunlight really brings out the red in the pitchers. These are one of my favorite plants.

Awesome, yep that's what I do, a good misting ever now and then, I'm seeing a lot of new pitchers coming in. I'm quite excited.
