what is this moss/plant? has kinda star shape growth

I think it’s caled feather moss or something like that

One thing's for certain, its not good. I would pull it out before it gets out of hand.

It's one of what I term star moss not being an expert on moss, it's probably Tortola ruralis. Not great in pots, it carries its water internally, so isn't wet like Sphagnum, grows tall, in dense clumps with a good set f roots.
I pull it up and throw it away frequently, as it is also is very invasive.
