Hello,
My nepenthes Spectabilis x Spathulata has vined and produced a couple basals. The last time it's been repotted was last june, and it's now so big that it tips over the plastic pot. I'm sure it needs a repot, but I don't know if it's worth trying to separate the basals or leaving them be. I also need something to keep the vine up. Any suggestions?

Or alternatetively, leave the basals and make a few cuttings from the vining stem. I'd do this with one of mine that's vining like crazy, getting too big, but it has no basals yet.

I cant quite tell how far away from the window it is, but If you want to keep the plant upright without changing too much you can get a suction cup with a hook then stick it to the window and loop the stem or a tendril through it. Plus it will help the whole thing from tipping over.....you just wont be able to lower the window shade.
