yeah, those are gnats, and the plant is still dormant, 5 celcius is 41F, that's actually the normal temp for them in winter, if you live in the northem hemisphere they should be sleeping right now, and i really encourage you to reduce water in winter, repotting in winter is not very helpful, but i know you had to because of the gnats, put your plants inside in a window sill, and just water them 1 time per 2 weeks, that should do it.
