Can really see it very well...

I keep my Tinas on an east facing windowsill, and keep them topped up with water in summer.

Try not to pull or push too hard if you're looking around it, the leaves tend to snap off very easily.
Good luck!

Congratulations on your new pinguicula! Give your plant as much light as possible (without scorching it of course, leaving it inside would be best for now) and water sparingly, allowing the soil surface to dry out very slightly between waterings. Water until the soil is more than damp but not quite moist.

Pings can grow very quickly but it may take it a little while to adjust to its new home. As Daniel correctly stated pinguicula leaves can snap off very easily so be gentle with it :) I hope it grows well for you!
