They look great to me, but I do have some thoughts. I'd consider repotting that first one. It's looking a little cramped with those other two in there. Can I ask why you have those wooden sticks in there?

There is probably not a lot of light in that location. I would get grow lights. VFT's need a lot of light, even placed directly by a window is usually not enough for optimal growth.

The soil may be older since there's so much moss, but no huge rush for that. I have some mossy pots from last year that I haven't repotted yet since the weather's been a bit cold still.

Well all three are flowering at the moment and the center one is a monster of a stem. I would cut the other two and leave the middle one and self pollinate if you wanna try your hand at growing from seeds. Although there's much more efficient ways of growing these guys. I can't tell but are those 2 separate pots or one pot with 2 pictures taken at different times? The bottom pic some of the traps have nice red coloration and the flower stem is a nice red partway up. You got that much red coloration on that bottom one inside with no grow light? Or have these been on windowsill?

Never mind I see that they are two different pots. Those are actually quite healthy mother plants you got judging on the flower stem circumferences. The second plant looks to be getting better lighting somehow. How long have you owned these plants?

Never mind I can probably answer my own question. The bottom pic shows original traps that were on the plant when you bought it. I say this because there is no way your traps would show that much color on them when your new traps don't produce any pigmentation right now. If you want them to look the way u got them they need artificial light indoors.
