Congratulations JHT on the in vitro seed germination. Now you have sterile tissue to work with. Great Job!

Thanks Brad! :)

It worked with seeds, lets see how i did with tissue, just 3 days ago i put 15 plant tissues in culture!
And so far no result from the first batch i did of tissues :( , no contamination so far, i think i need to be just a little bit more patient and hopefully i will start to see shoots forming! :)

Thanks again! :)

Thanks Grey,

Tissue culture is easy, you just have to know a lot about words and procedures, and be extremely picky about cleaning the materials, but is like when you receive your first CP, you don't know how to take care of it, but if you do research and ask questions then is all easy, i can tell you that it is not something you want to try just like that. Reading several times the manuals at FTC and from Carol, I read and read and read and i accept it didn't made sense at all, but i gave it a shot a last time, and it was definitely more easy to understand at the end. I hope you get to try TC someday! :)
