Those are stainless steel steamtable pans from a restaurant supply store.
Being stainless steel, they'll last forever!
They're about 22 inches long, 11 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches deep. (They come in 4 and 6 inch depths also.)

22 x 11 are called "Full" pans. There are also half and quarter pans.

They come in various thicknesses. The smaller the gauge number, the heavier the metal.
Mine are 22 Gauge, more than sturdy enough to carry fully loaded with pots, plants, and water.

Mine were a little less than $20 apiece, new, 2 years ago.
If there is a restaurant supply store in your area, you might be able to buy some used ones.
