I just received my Maroon Monster today and all i can say is wow diffently worth it. Steve always blows my expectation if you think that the Maroon Monster is a little pricy all i can say if you dont have one your missing out on a great and maybe the best VFT on the market. Great plant great size its hands down my best plant in my collection THANK YOU STEVE !!!!!!!!!! :D

Got mine a few days ago, very cool FT, and looks to be as hardy as a Vigorus, only way neater looking :)

After potting, most of my outer growth leaves are dying off, but I see alot of new shoots poping up.

Mine will come Thursday (or Friday possibly), and after hearing all these positive reviews, I can't wait for it (and my Jaws) to arrive :D

After taking another look at mine, I'm surprised this beast doesnt SCARE the flys away!!

With it's large, arched back, maroon traps with long "eyelashes", this plant really IS a monster!!

I guess flies are pretty dumb!! :)

You will LOVE this plant!! And Jaws too (not to be confused with "Jaws 2" the movie!) :D :roll:

I think Maroon Monster really is one of the nicest clones I grow. It's amazing how vigorous it is. I couldn't believe how quickly they would grow under lights compared to most other flytraps if they were fed only a small amount. I'm glad other people are enjoying Maroon Monster now as well :)
