For years I have looked for some kind of trumpet pitchers or other CPs at Lowes. I have only been able to find Sarracenia purpurea and VFTs. Anyone ever find differently?

I saw some sundews at my local Lowe's one time a few years ago, but that was before I started getting into CP's so I didn't buy any. I've never seen anything there other than the two types you mentioned ever since. Those "kits" they sell with "dormant" (bare-root) plants yielded a typical VFT for me, plus a Sarr that looked like S. rubra until it bloomed and had green flowers intead of red. More details and pics here:

I've seen Cape Sundews & Sarracenia Scarlet belles but sadly they were in no condition to try and save. I keep an eye out for CP's every time I go to Lowes and Home Depot also, I hear people find Nepenthes there sometimes so I always look at the hanging plants too.
