I am looking for a Sarracenia Oreophila. If you live in Texas, I can buy them from you.
These are the CITES rules.
-They cannot be sold across state lines without permits
-They CAN, however, be shipped if the seller has no intention of making money from it, such as from a giveaway.
I am not asking for a donation (unless you want to donate a division) but please post if you live in Texas and have any extra oreo's that you can sell

Regards,

Adrian

They are allowed to cross borders, but not if their is money or goods exchanging hands in the process. You can give them away to anywhere in the United States, but you can't trade or sell them.
