Cooks Carnivorous Plants just restocked them today. They have them listed at $30 and have 6 in stock as of right now. Good Luck, I bought one from them last week and it should be here on 5/3.

Damn Dub, you could have told me that a couple weeks ago before I shelled out $36(includes S&H) for one from Cooks. :P

Haha, 36 bucks for regia isnt worth it. The plant is so sensitive you could kill it in shipping. You definitely shouldn't ship them bare root :)

i got mine potted and i would ship it the same... i have 2 and ive seen them go for $70+ on ebay for the same 3to4 inch like i have
and 36 bucks is a good deal. and i dont think there too sensitive i got plants grown from AF lights and they are in 5 hrs of sun in less than 2 weeks and i grow it outside all day now

Interesting,
Iam growing about 10 D. Regia right now. From my experience with them, they are very sensative, with temp and light.
