Ugh I'm jealous of your Lithops... You have a nice batch of seedlings! I tried growing my own about a month ago and I still have nothing showing... What is your media mix is it just lava rock?

Thanks Beaver 746.

Yes,it is just pumice.

My tips(not mine actually,I got these from the seller ) if you aren't successful with seeds.

1)Spread seeds on top surface, don't bury it or else water won't reach it.
2)Lithops seeds like growing conditions similar to CP's i.e. moist surface.Only seeds and not adult.
3)Mist them everyday.
4)Not much sunlight is required, mine grew in almost no sunlight.

I love lithops but I've killed every one I've ever had -_-

Can you give a quick care summary - i think my main issue is watering - from what I've read the schedule seems complex.

It isn't complex at all,it is even easier than CP's.
The care I have written before is just for seeds, read it carefully it is easy.

And for Adults, use well drained media,I use 100% pumice.I just mist the plants every 3-4 days even more than that like 6-7 days is fine, just make sure you don't overwater.
Just mist a bit if the surface is bone dry.Morning sunlight is fine like 2-3 hours is enough so soil won't dry out faster and therefore you won't overwater.
If you get confused that when to water, then water only when you are able to spot wrinkles on the sides of the plant.

SORRY FOR QUITE LENGTHY DESCRIPTION.

Remember:Lithops won't die without water,if you have doubt then never water them, they will be fine.
