What do you want to know?
Here goes:
- Did you build/buy the light fixture?
- What type of bulbs
- How long have you had this setup?
- How do you maintain the moisture/humidity?
- What are the walls lined with?

The majority of setups that I've seen look extremely complex or require 55 gallon fishtanks. Yours looks straightforward and all of the plants look very happy. Thanks!

I wanted to go for a simple yet efficient setup to maximize what I could fit in my limited space. My light fixture is a 24" T5 HO EnviroGro fixture with 6500 K bulbs. I have had this set up for about six months. I have all my plants hardened off to room humidity (except my D. prolifera they just look sickly at the lower humidity), plus all the pots are sitting in humidity trays that I fill with water to give them a little more moisture. The walls are lined with a reflective material called panda film to maximize the effectiveness of the light fixture, as some plants are not directly under the fixture.

That's very helpful, thank you.

I've built LED fixtures before and grew tomatoes from seeds (haha) but I'm in a whole different ballgame with CP's. Of course everyone has strong opinions regarding LED color ratios vs. halogen or fluorescent. Let alone running fans, thermometers and water pumps in addition to the lights.
I also have limited space which is why I like this so much.

Last question, do you keep any Sarrencia or VFT's? I didn't see any in your pictures or grow list. Is that just your personal preference?

Thanks!

Figured I'd just put this in-- It is very hard to go wrong with a T5 HO. That is in my personal opinion the best (cost vs. light, at least for setting up) grow light available currently.

Of course, a good LED will smash the competition, but most people just don't want to spend that kind of money to start out. Once you're running the light a lot, electricity costs make LEDs a very good option.

And BTW, asking in the grow lights section of this forum will likely get you plenty more answers. :) Grow lights are a very controversial subject, and quite frankly the best place to look for information are Marijuana growing forums. Those guys are experts, it's worth a read even if you don't sign up to ask.

Thank you for the feedback! I was browsing around and had to ask. Lights are extremely controversial.. I'm not prepared yet to fully get into that can of worms.

I don't keep any hardy CPs at the moment, only the tropicals!
