Normally Drosera anglica is a temperate plant.

But there are some localized varieties that are tropical.
I have D. anglica from Alakai Swamp, Kauai, Hawaii that is a tropical form. It grows year round.

If there is no (Tropical) location data with the plant or seed, odds are that you have a temperate form.

Just my 2¢ worth.

All his Drosera anglica seeds are cold temperate. How about the one I got from him?
