Is this stuff sphag, and if it is, can i use it as substrate?

Looks kinda like sheet moss to me. Maybe a closer picture will help.

Well. before i put up apic, can sheet moss be used for media?

Sheet moss is actually poisonous to cps when used as a media, but it can be used as a top dressing for the soil.
