Hi everyone,

If there is someone who can tell me whether this lamp is proper to use or not, I will appreciate.

The color is 6500K (Cool Daylight), lm/W rating of 63... with some math, it outputs approximately 1400 lumens. That'll work. My opinion of course. Long term, after 2000h it is 88% of that... after 6000h it is 70%... They say 6000h max life, and warm up to 60% of output takes approximately 6 minutes. I would replace them and move that bulb to a reading lamp after 2000h, personally. That's about 4 months @ 16 hours a day, or 5 months at 14 hours a day.

The bulb stats are all according to the Phillips site for that specific bulb. The math is approximate by me.

That will work but swear LED lights is so much better,
According to my uncle, google said that:

Are LED lights suitable for growing plants?
Plants respond favorably to specific wavelengths in a light spectrum. ... In contrast, LEDs have the ability to produce wavelength specific light. This is the biggest advantage of LEDs in the indoor growing market. Because each LED emits a specific wavelength, growers can now optimize lights for plant growth.
