These are the plants I got about 5 days ago from FTS. Does this look like burn or natural acclimation? Do they need less sun?

It looks like a burn to me.
You should probably slowly introduce the plants to full sun.

I guess they'll be spending time in the shade for a few days and then increase the light.

Looks like burn to me. I wouldn't worry too much. Leaf burn is just damage to the leaf, not the plant as a whole. So as long as the plants are healthy, worst case they will just be a little slow until they can throw up some new leaves that are better acclimated.

These plants have a rhizome which is where the majority of the energy is stored. As long as the rhizome is healthy some leaf burn won't cause any harm aside from slowing growth a little while it puts out new traps.

I put them in a shady spot where there's only a couple hours of direct light a day, and over the next week I will get them fully acclimated.
