(I checked first if my question was asked and it hadn't been yet.) I repotted my fly traps two weeks ago, but I'm starting to doubt if I have the ribosomes too close to the media than I thought :? . I'm watching repotting videos and it sounds like the ribosomes should be half way up in order to prevent rot. Are they at a good level or should I re-do the repotting? Btw, there's two small VFTs in each pot.

They look pretty close to being good, maybe just wiggle them up a bit. The rhizome needs to be in the media, with the part where it transitions from white to green being even with the surface of the media.

Well, they do also have ribosomes, but they are structures inside the plants cells that are used to produce proteins within the cell. So you're still correct that the plants ribosomes are close to the media, just not in they way you originally thought.
You're good.
