I’ve heard that people have burned plants by using neem during the day, but is using a sulfur/pyrethrins fungicide/insecticide safe?

I would recommend waiting till direct sun is off of the plant, or lights are off. You can set it in the shade for 30min to dry if you need to do it in the day.
