Nothing to worry about unless you can see something wrong. However, the plant with the pea gravel (or whatever that is on top of the pot) looks to be suffering from mineral burn or some other sort of stress. Perhaps it is just recovering from a repot, but you might want to pour some distilled water over the top of the pot and measure the PPM of the runoff water to see if it is high in minerals.
