I just took my flytrap out of dormancy, and it’s not looking to well. It’s traps are small and have no pink on the inside, and the leaves are shriveled and the tips of the new traps look like they are turning black. Does anyone know what’s happening?

However, you say you just took it out of dormancy? How long ago? What temp was it at vs what temp is it experiencing now? Is this a houseplant or outside? My flytraps looked pretty ratty after spending the winter in my garage. But, after getting them outside in the springtime sun, they quickly revived and started putting out new growth. That is, until a freak frost froze most of the leaves. But they quickly recovered to where you can barely tell they froze a tiny bit.
Generally, as long as it's got green, you're good. No pink inside the traps indicates it needs more light. Shriveled leaves and black tips could indicate it needs more water. If you just took it out of dormancy very recently, it'll need some time to wake up. If the temps it's now experiencing are still low, it could take a bit.

I took it out roughly a month ago, it’s outdoors right now and the temperature has dropped to 50 degrees right now.

Looks like it is coming out of dormancy okay. Watch those leaves that haven't unfolded yet. If they start blackening then you have a problem. Otherwise, it is just a little slow in waking up.

I forgot to mention this but I repotted it during dormancy. Does this change a anything?

No. Flytraps are fine to repot any time of year.

I recently had to resort to feeding my traps with tap water (I only used a small amount - just under half a cup), and when I next looked, every single of my 23 (yes I counted them) traps had closed.

I'm guessing it's because of the tap water, however I'm not completely sure, and don't want this to happen again. I know it is bad for the traps to close without food energy-wise.

If someone could tell me if my predictions are correct, that would be great. Thanks!

As of right now, the small, new trap isn’t opening up, and the black part is starting to spread. None of the other traps have the black tips. What should I do?

It's unlikely that watering with half a cup of tap water would close all the traps, there must be some other mechanism in play, but if they are all shut, as you say, it will take a lot of energy to open them all again which may result in losses of some traps. When you say feeding your traps with water, what do you mean, you put water in the traps? that could close them.
Your plant looks OK in the pictures, your best bet is to put it in one place, give it as much sun as you can, keep it damp and it will recover without any intervention.
