I plan to make a nepenthes greenhouse, and I think i could just run a drip system in a loop to cool it down enough to distill the humidity. Has anyone else been successful in distilling humidity?

Distill humidity? I think that’s called a dehumidifier

I mean to build something like a dehumidifier, but with the intent of saving the distilled humidity, also a passive setup without fans or electricity.

Interesting, how do you propose to cool the air to below its dew point, without fans or electricity?
Cheers

I was thinking of running a tube of water underground, then pump the cool water through a tube, at which the humidity would condense on.

That's a good idea. But you would need to get a pump to do that.

Yeah. May be more work than it is worth.
