Is it okay to make a bog garden/terrarium

What i want to make is a bog garden out of a 20 inch fish tank and add led lights to the top because where i live they dont get as much sunlight

Why... not? I suggest you put tropical species there, though, unless you can provide dormancy.

I agree with sakaaaaaa a terrarium is better for tropical carnivorous plants, maybe low land nepenthes.
