It is next to impossible to determine anything with the pictures the color they are. I understand that is the color of the lights but color is one sign of health for plants.

A picture in natural sunlight would help, as it is much better at showing the colors than words do, also, I would suggest getting a typical or something else cheap before moving on to expensive cultivars, so if it dies, then you only lose a few dollars.

They look to be acclimating. I'd mist the leaves down with water to get all the excess dirt off them and then bag the entire pot (stretch a ziplock bag over the pot to increase humidity and help with acclimation). I would not worry about feeding them at this time, the extra stress will hurt more than the nutrients of the insect will help. Plus, most VFTs are dormant right now. After they begin growing again you can take off the bag and I would put the entire pot outside, not under artificial lights.
