What soil, type of water, and lighting are you using? The plant looks kinda sad to me. VFTs should be placed outside, as they require full sun

Welcome to FlytrapCare forums! That plant could definitely use more light. It may need a re-pot. As chomato already said, we need your growing parameters first.

I agree with Benny and chomato:
1) repot (into suitable soil)
2) more sunlight

Soil should be a 1:1 ratio of perlite (or sand) and sphagnum peat moss. You can also use pure long fibered sphagnum moss. Your current soil will not allow proper aeration for the roots. I don't know fine about coconut husks, so maybe someone else will chime in.

If you have a balcony of something like that, that would be great. Someone on the forums was able to stick the pots to the outside window so the plant gets sun. An East facing window should keep it alive, but it won't be healthy. Put in in a South facing window if you can't put it outside.

What's the name of the soil? If it has nutrients, your plant will probably die.

As far as I'm aware, only sphagnum peat moss and long fiber sphagnum moss are the main media to use (adding perlite, sand, and whatever else to help with aeration)

Just because it's growing doesn't mean it's healthy, if you can't get it outside under the sun, then you need to get it a decent grow light of some kind. It really looks like it's struggling to stay alive.

It's definitely growing, but it looks like it's struggling to do so.
