intresting mutation

by paulsflytrap » Sat May 27, 2017 7:56 pm

so found this recently on one of my VFTS,
scales basically,
I know there is another cultivar with a similar mutation
" trichterfalle"
so the question remains is it a one time deal on this plant,
or a consistent mutation??
I have caught mutations before and cloned plants with that mutation,
but the traps don't mutate all the time ,
which a guess this happens with other cultivars as well,
.. anyway I'm still learning about these amazing plants and how all this works,
I'm interested if others here have caught unique traits with your flytraps,

love to see pics :)

Very interesting. Definitely watch that plant to see what happens, it could be a very cool cultivar if that's a stable mutation.
