I believe I have the exact same lighting model as you. Amazon huwaei or something like that? My plants seems fine with those lights at a 12hr interval.
However, you have your LED way too high up. Bring the lamp down closer assuming those are LEDs. I have mine sitting 3in from the plant. Those types are ok to bring closer to the plant as they don't produce enough heat to damage the plants like the traditional grow lights. Bringing them closer will also increase intensity which is what you need. As long as the plants don't touch the LED they will be fine.
Also how are you powering the LEDs? A lot people tend to use the wrong equipment that don't give enough amp to the LEDs. Those models don't exactly give the greatest technical specifications other than listing 20w so I got a 2-3amp phone charger to power them from an outlet
