Definitely not Wally.

Low Giant maybe, my low giant kind of looked like that when I first got it during dormancy. Wasn't as purple on the cilia as in your pic but it was red inside and out like your pic.

I'll post pics of mine when I get to a computer, hard to do on my phone.
