Got these from Walmart around March iirc. They have done well.

I know this is not the qa forum, but since I am not planning saving the seeds should I cut the two flower spikes?

If they're already blooming, it's too late. The stalks should have been cut when they were about two to three inches tall if you wanted to try for spikes. Earlier if not.
Let them be for now as they really aren't going to strip too much energy from the plant from this point forward. If you get seeds, that's something you can try to sell, give away, or plant yourself.

In the wild they flower each year and come back. All that cutting the flower stalks do is just prevent the plant from putting energy into flowers instead of growth. Your plant will be just fine :)

The plants don't appear to be catching any insects (at least, I don't see any bug carcasses in the traps). I would feed a couple traps on each plant that's blooming. That will give them a nutrient boost to support the flowers and new leaf growth.
