Hello:

After 21 days one seed started to germinate, I am so happy! I took the picture using the stero microscope.

That looks great, Perla! Since one has germinated, they didn't all overheat and die (I seem to remember that you worried about that some days ago, after leaving them covered but in direct sunlight for a while). That's a nice little root emerging from the seed. One month from now your baby Flytraps will have their first 1-3 tiny but functional traps.

Congrats Perla!!! i have good news as well!

My starter carnivourous plants kit is working out pretty well. So far i got three VFT germinating, two sundews germinating, and possibly one pitcher plant. Still to soon to tell but i think i can see the seed begining to crack. i will post picks over the weekend.
