Hungry bugs

Looks like they spun some sort of web inside the pitcher and either laid eggs or are just really small. I doused it with Bayer 3 in 1, but I think I’ll just cut these pitchers and discard in the trash.
Thoughts?

If the pitchers are green, leave them be. Spray with 3 in 1 to hit any pests, but don't cut green flesh.

Looks more like streusel topping for apple pie. Yummy!
