My local nursery is taking care some pots of sphagnum moss. How would I take care of it?

If you are just trying to keep it alive, the pot is fine. If trying to propagate it for the nursery, you can make a grow box in a tub of water. They will grow faster with more light, as long as there is water to prevent drying out.
