Why would you want to do that? It's the primary way the plant gets it's nitrates etc. It's also the main reason most people buy the plants in the first place. Besides, you can't stop a flytrap's bloodlust. They just are that way.

If you don't want insects to be eaten by your plant, then get a nice fern or marigolds.

TL/DR, you can't. Get marigolds instead.
