I don't plan on doing this until after dormancy anyways but does this dividing plant look too small still? You can see the two separate growth points. Pretty much all the smaller traps are part of the new plant.

I believe if it has its own root system you can divide it otherwise I would leave it attached to the mother plant. I mean look at this plant of mine and I haven't divided it yet. If I were you I would wait to divide it til the plant is alot more divided out ,but it's up to you.

I'm new to VFTs and don't have any perspective, how old is that plant?

Hi, I'm new to vfts. What kind(breed, species, flavor?) is your plant? It's gorgeous.

It's a typical from Walmart. When I first got it it was 2 plants and those 2 plants have divided and grown several times into this cluster ball. This would take forever to separate ,but if I did I would easily get 50+ plants out of this. As far as flavor is concerned, tastes like chicken....needs garlic.

Image garlic traps. I didn't think they'd turn red. I bought a bunch from Walmart and Lowe's because they were in this heavily shaded/dark area. I hope mine turns red.
