Problem with that is I’m in Boston and to heat a greenhouse would be big bucks while also having summers not nearly cool enough at night for picky hilghanders. How are your temps in mid summer and mid winter?

Highs 90s and lows of 70-60 at night in the summer time. I have a swamp cooler that keeps it around 75 at all times and a heater in the winter for cold nights. It has about a 10 degree drop in tempature at night for the highland nepenthes. I’m getting back into the hobby, sold my past collection which consisted of a lot of highland nepenthes. Got a mature nepenthes dubia and Peter D’Amato in the mail on the way. Also a regia I ordered. Got a jacquilenea and a few other plants in there right now.

my heater would have to run almost 6 months of the year hah so paying for artificial light isnt so bad.

I would like to see your setup, do you have a thread here yet for your greenhouse?

I loveeee Briggsiana, my Peter D'Amato took months to settle in but just opened its first pitcher for me.

Sure, haven’t started a thread of my greenhouse on the forum yet but planning on it. I have my shade cloth double layered and I’m about to make it single layered. Here you go.

Thanks for sharing! Nice RO system too, I just have mine hooked to a 5 gallon bucket with float valve. It gets job done.

As time goes on I may sell off some duplicate plants and if it doesn’t break forum rules will post it here before posting on Facebook. Much rather get to see the plants mature in someone else’s care than to never see them again lol

Thanks! It’s great when all the plants are growing happily and making leaf jumps.

The larger helis have done very well putting out new pitchers already. The small burgundy black hasn’t done much but it can take it time be wise it’s special lol I’ll try to take some pics of them soon!

Do you have any of these for sale or trade? Also what species do you have. Your plants are beautiful.
