Hi good day everyone. May I know are these self watering pot good for my VFT ? Or should I just use the tray method ? I’m just new here :D

Misting is not necessary and will increase the chances of crown rot due to keeping the crown wet. Just keep the soil damp and humidity isn't an issue. Venus flytraps do grow better in higher humidity levels, but they can do just fine in very low humidity levels like where we live in southern Oregon.
