Help my misfit nepenthes children

All three of these came with no id or an obvious wrong one. What are your thoughts as to their identitly?

Where did you buy them so I can avoid their poor labeling / record keeping ?

One was a Lowes death cube rescue, one was a local nursery, and the third was a craft fair. The one from Lowes was the only one with a label and it was wrong
